Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Associate- Mid-Sized City law firm
Salary: £110,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role: Joining an expanding corporate tax team, you will be involved in a wide range of matters including: ( core focus is corporate tax transactions and advisory)
- M&A/transactional support
- Tax financing
- Employment taxes and share schemes
- Withholding tax and double tax treaties
- International taxes such as permanent establishment
- Tax support to VC clients including EIS/SEIS
- Tax support on capital markets/fundraisings
- Real estate

Successful candidate
- 5-10 PQE, England & Wales
- Corporate tax transactional and advisory experience gained within a London or leading national or regional law firm
