Role:
The team has a strong private equity tax practice, and you will include:
- Advising on PE structuring including acquisitions and disposals
- Reorganisations
- Exit planning
- Financing
- Formation of funds

Successful candidate:
- Minimum 6 PQE, ideally England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 6 years UK Private Equity tax experience gained within a US/MC/SC law firm
