If you tick all the boxes but can only commit part-time then please do still get in touch - we are flexible! * Juggle schedules like a pro, making sure appointments and tasks are perfectly coordinated * Keep the salon running like a well-tuned machine while working alongside the salon owner. * Champion seamless operations by supporting smooth workflows in the salon * Deliver top-notch customer service with a smile, ensuring every pup and owner leaves happy * Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment that would make Marie Kondo proud * Assist with inventory, ensuring that we keep supplies stocked and ready for action * Team up with your fellow groomers to make sure everything flows without a hitch * Be a friendly face who addresses enquiries and resolves any issues with speed and grace * You've been in the grooming game for at least six months and have the experience to show for it * You're a pro at handling a pack of pups, grooming 4 to 5 dogs a day is a breeze for you * Your birthday off each year! Skills we expect you to have: * Proven experience as a dog groomer with a strong portfolio of completed grooming styles. * Excellent customer service skills to build trust and rapport with pet owners * Ability to handle dogs of all temperaments with patience, kindness, and professionalism * Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods * Knowledge of different breed standards and grooming techniques * Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and listen attentively to client needs * Knowledge of animal first-aid Mr Paws Dog Grooming Ltd is a start-up company with big aspirations.
