Hunts Recruitment provides care and support staff to services across Dorset. We are looking for experienced and caring individuals to join our staffing team! We have day and night shifts available in the following areas:

BH20 DT9 DT11 DT1 BH21 DT4 £12.71 – £15.62 per hour | Flexible Hours | Days & Nights | Full & Part Time Hunts Recruitment is recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team, providing temporary and flexible support across Dorset. Due to an increasing demand from the services we support, we have a wide range of day, night and weekend shifts available, with opportunities to work hours that fit around your existing commitments. The Role

You will work within a variety of residential and supported living services, supporting both children and adults with a range of needs, including: Learning disabilities

Mental health needs

Children in care

Complex healthcare needs

Additional and behavioural support needs

Autism and associated needs

Assignments vary depending on your experience, location and availability, and our team will work with you to find services and shifts that are a good fit. Please note:

We do NOT provide domiciliary care or community home-care work. All of our opportunities are within established residential, supported living and care settings. Hours & Flexibility

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, caring and professional people who genuinely enjoy supporting others. Previous experience within health and social care is preferred, particularly experience supporting children or adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs or behaviours that may challenge. Some services require drivers due to their location, although we also have opportunities where driving is not essential. Successful applicants will be subject to the relevant pre-employment and compliance checks, including an enhanced DBS where required. Join Hunts Recruitment
