Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Delegate Sales to take full responsibility for their growing delegate sales team. You will work under a highly experienced management team that has already grown the business substantially. You will lead a sales team of 20‑30 people who all need coaching and development, and you will build a strong delegate strategy. The business runs a mix of free-to-attend and paid delegate events. Their shows attract great audience numbers, are well recognized, feature an excellent set of speakers, and the company has built a significant data set over recent years.

Key qualifications & experience
- Experience managing a large sales team on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Confidence in writing business plans and strategies to maximize delegate numbers.
- Desire to exceed targets.
- Ability to spot opportunities and maintain an entrepreneurial outlook.
- Well trained in the sales process, able to lead from the front and develop people.
- Self‑starter with a positive attitude.
- Experience selling in a B2B capacity.
