A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Presales Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work closely with sales teams and prospective customers, leading Business Central demonstrations, discovery workshops, solution design, and presales engagements across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central presales engagements from initial discovery through to proposal stage
\n
• Deliver tailored Business Central demonstrations and solution presentations to prospective customers
\n
• Run customer workshops to capture business requirements and identify process improvements
\n
• Design high-level Business Central solutions across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing and Manufacturing
\n
• Support the sales team with RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and tender responses
\n
• Provide effort estimates and implementation recommendations
\n
• Act as the subject matter expert for Business Central throughout the sales cycle
\n
• Work alongside Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams
\n
• Keep up to date with Business Central product developments and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
\n

Required Experience:\n

\n
• 3 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
\n
• Proven experience in a Presales, Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Senior Consultant role
\n
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality and business processes
\n
• Experience delivering customer demonstrations and stakeholder presentations
\n
• Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Warehousing modules
\n
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design experience
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
\n

Desirable Experience:\n

\n
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner
\n
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
\n
• Experience supporting bid responses and tender submissions
\n
• Microsoft Business Central certifications
\n
• Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience
\n

Salary:\n

Up to £85,000
