About Atrium Fitness:
Atrium Fitness is a successful independent health club in the heart of Ely. Facilities include a gym, swimming pool, spa facilities, exercise studios and our dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.

The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Gym Instructor to join our team at Atrium Fitness.
This is a varied role combining gym floor duties, supporting our members and delivering great group exercise classes. You will be doing the following:
- Helping members get the most out of their workouts.
- Delivering engaging and enjoyable fitness classes.
- Providing gym inductions and fitness guidance.
- Supporting new members as they start their fitness journey.
- Keeping the gym safe, tidy and welcoming.
- Being part of a friendly team that genuinely cares about its members
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential).
- Experience teaching group exercise classes or the confidence and enthusiasm to learn.
- A friendly, approachable personality.
- Great communication skills.
- Someone who's proactive, reliable and enjoys working with people
