Senior Design Manager Location: Apsley, Hertfordshire Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid Hours: Monday-Friday, 40hrs Salary: £70k - £80k + Car Allowance (dependent on candidate experience) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to come and join an established team based in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead on a hybrid working basis. The Senior Design Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring consistency and excellence in design management across the full UK portfolio. Job Purpose: This role is responsible for embedding best practices, reporting standards, and performance frameworks across all regions, while also having the flexibility operate as the project level Design Manager on specific, key projects. The Senior Design Manager will mentor and guide others in the Design Management Team whilst driving performance and embedding best practices across the business.
