Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Hays are working on behalf of an ambitious and growing children's residential care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their first children's home in Birmingham.This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in establishing a high-quality residential service for children and young people. Your new role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and day-to-day operation of the children's home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance and performance.This opportunity would suit either an experienced Registered Manager or a highly experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step into their first Registered Manager position.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the set-up, development and ongoing management of the home.Ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements.Creating a positive, safe and child-centred culture that promotes excellent outcomes for children and young people.Leading, mentoring and developing...
