ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the welcoming face and steady presence overnight, ensuring residents and guests feel safe, supported and well looked after. You'll manage the front-of-house desk, coordinate building access, monitor systems, and respond to incidents or queries with composure and care. You'll work closely with on-site teams and service partners to keep operations smooth and standards high.
