Handyperson - New Build Snagging Petersfield £23 per hour Temp 2 x weeks About the Role Are you an experienced New Build Snagger / Handyperson with site experience, strong carpentry and decorating skills, property maintenance, and pride in delivering work to a high standard? Workshop Recruitment is seeking a hardworking, reliable multi-trade operative / handyperson, for a 2 x week project on new-build properties in Petersfield. This role combines new-build snagging with general property maintenance, covering both internal and external works. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their workmanship, and be confident working independently. You must have your own van and tools, a valid CSCS card, and experience working on similar projects, provide 2 x sources of references, live in good travel distance of Petersfield. Key Responsibilities Carry out snagging inspections and complete remedial works on new-build properties. Complete carpentry, joinery, and finishing work to a high standard. Undertake painting and decorating repairs and touch-ups. Carry out general property maintenance and minor repairs. Complete minor plumbing tasks where competent.
