Senior Coffee Engineer

Are you a Senior Coffee Engineer looking for a new job opportunity in London? We're working with an ambitious and fast-growing speciality coffee business looking to appoint a Senior Coffee Engineer to lead a small team of engineers and complete its service operation across London. This role comes with a base salary of up to £50k depending on experience, 25 days holiday which increase with length of service, company van, and much more. Key Responsibilities of Senior Coffee Engineer * Lead, coach and develop a team of 2-3 Field Service Engineers. * Manage engineer schedules, service workloads and installations. * Monitor and improve SLA performance, response times and first-time fix rates. * Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex faults. * Drive equipment reliability and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Build strong relationships with customers and manage service escalations professionally. * Oversee spare parts, inventory management and service records. Requirements of Senior Coffee Engineer * Proven experience within coffee machine engineering, field service or a similar technical environment with both bean to cup and traditional coffee machines. * Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience. * Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability. * Experience managing service KPIs and operational performance. * Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. * Full UK driving licence.
