Warehouse Team Manager 📍 Follingsby Park £37,028.36 per annum per annum (inc shift allowance) 🕒 4 on 4 off Continental Shift (12-hour days & nights) 📄 Permanent Position We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Follingsby Park. This is a permanent opportunity within a company that continues to expand year on year. This role is ideal for a Team/Section Manager with strong people management skills with experience gained within fast-paced warehousing, distribution or retail environments. The Shift Pattern This Warehouse Team Manager role operates on a structured continental shift pattern: * 4 days on / 4 days off * 12-hour day shifts * Followed by 12-hour night shifts This rota provides consistent rest periods while supporting a high-performing warehouse operation.
