Senior Business Development Manager – Cleaning & Security Remote – Covering South & South East England (Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Sussex, Hampshire & Home Counties) £55,000 - £60,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Business Mileage + Wider Benefits On offer is an exciting opportunity to join the specialist Retail division of an established Facilities Management group, delivering Cleaning & Security services into Shopping Centres, Retail Parks and wider retail destinations. With a turnover of c£23m, the division combines the backing of a much larger organisation with the flexibility, personality and hands on leadership of a smaller business. Having already secured several significant contracts across the South East, the business is now looking to build on this success and establish a stronger presence throughout Southern England. Working closely with the Joint Managing Directors and an experienced Operations team, you will take ownership of new business development across the region, supported by an existing telemarketing function generating regular opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a resourceful, proactive salesperson who enjoys building relationships from the ground up, identifying opportunities others may miss and seeing the direct impact of their success.
