Created by renowned sushi master Endo Kazutoshi and part of Creative Restaurant Group, SUMI has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine inspired by authentic traditions, expert craftsmanship and genuine hospitality.

Following the success of our Notting Hill neighbourhood restaurant, SUMI Marylebone will be a gem in one of London's most exciting dining destinations showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, the best sushi preparation and warm, welcoming service. We're looking for talented individuals to join our founding team from day one, help us bring this exceptional restaurant to life, and grow with us as we establish a new benchmark for Japanese dining in London.

The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be at the heart of the SUMI experience, offering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service throughout every guest's visit. You will work closely with the Head Waiter and wider restaurant team to ensure each service runs smoothly, from preparing the restaurant and welcoming guests to serving food and drinks.
