The Role

As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen, driving standards, developing your team and ensuring every dish reflects the quality and ambition of the restaurant.

You'll have the opportunity to put your stamp on the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver an excellent food offering while maintaining a strong focus on consistency, creativity and the guest experience.
