Job Title: Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager Location: UK Wide Salary: Competitive, car allowance and completion bonus Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 Months) - Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate Start Available The Role: DB Cargo UK is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a national remit. Working across our UK network, you will lead and coordinate occupational health and wellbeing provision, ensuring our colleagues have access to a high-quality, proactive and supportive service. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational managers and external providers to shape wellbeing initiatives, support attendance management and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a strong balance of people focus and commercial awareness. We're looking for a leader who can ensure occupational health services deliver both positive colleague outcomes and sustainable business value, while always placing the health, safety and wellbeing of our people at the centre of decision making.
