The Role
As IT Manager, you'll own the organisation's IT function end to end, supporting around 50 users. Your days will span everything from triaging support requests to resolving complex technical issues, alongside pushing IT projects and system upgrades forward.
You'll line-manage and lead the technical team, oversee budgets and costs, and act as the final point of responsibility for IT across the business.

The IT Manager role is hybrid, with 3–4 days a week based at their Swansea offices.
