Job Title: Health & Social Care Tutor Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum Location: Watford What our client is looking for: Are you an inspiring educator passionate about delivering engaging, creative and inclusive learning experiences? Do you want to make a meaningful difference to young people, including those with complex needs and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Our client is seeking a motivated and resilient Health & Social Care Tutor to join their team, supporting learners aged 16–18 and young adults aged 19–24 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will plan and deliver lessons, monitor learner progress, assess achievement and help learners develop the knowledge and skills needed for further education, employment and adulthood. Qualifications and experience * GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills) at grade C/4 or above. * Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above. * Recognised teaching qualification, such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed or PGCE, or equivalent. * Assessor qualification and relevant assessment experience.
