Role Snapshot Role Title: Family Support Worker Salary: £26,500 per annum Working Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Contract: Fixed-term until 31 March 2027 Location: Based in Surrey, with remote working and community and home visits, and occasional travel to the head office in LondonAbout the Opportunity The programme is an evidence-informed 6-month intervention for kinship carers delivered in the home and community. As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver this flagship programme to families in Surrey, providing intensive one-to-one support to empower carers to become resilient, well-informed and equipped with strong support networks. You will assist them in navigating local ecosystems to unlock community assets.
