HR Advisor

Business: SARIA's UK operations have a market-leading presence in a wide range of sectors associated with the food chain. The Group's companies manufacture quality products for use in human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, aquaculture, and industrial applications. The company also produces biofuels and renewable energy and provides services for farming and the food industry. The company has a UK annual turnover approaching £280 million and employs around 1,000 people at 19 sites across the country.

The Position

Applications are invited for a HR Advisor based at our Doncaster site. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a site-based role with travel to group sites, if required.

As the HR Advisor, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company's requirements but will include the following:

• Build strong working relationships with management in all areas of the Company.
• Provide HR advice to managers, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
• To support management with various ER cases and provide support in meetings relating to but not limited to – disciplinary's, grievances, performance / capability, absence management and probationary reviews.
