Description
We are hiring for our client, an award-winning civil engineering and construction contractor delivering residential, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects. They now need an experienced Civils Site Manager to lead water infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland. As Civils Site Manager, you will manage sites effectively, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality, safe projects within a supportive, growth-focused team.

The Role
Oversee programmes, report on progress and implement recovery measures where needed
Coordinate labour, plant and materials efficiently
Lead the site team and manage subcontractors
Attend client and subcontractor meetings, acting as an ambassador for the company
Champion SHEQ standards: draft and review RAMS, monitor environmental controls and complete ITPs
Manage setting out (CAD experience) and ensure works meet design tolerances, specifications and standards
Share and implement industry best practice
The Person
Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification
5+ years' experience in a similar role, with water experience essential
Valid site cards and full driving licence
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
Deadline-driven, with the initiative to take ownership of projects from start to finish
