Talent Acquisition Partner £28,000-£30,000 DOE, plus bonus Manchester city centre Creideas is recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a Manchester-based client. We’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven Talent Acquisition Partners to join and existing team in Manchester and help play a key role in attracting and developing the talent that will drive their growth. The Role: You’ll play a key role in attracting great talent, delivering a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting employee development and retention. Working closely with Heads of Departments you’ll build strong relationships, understand hiring needs, and help ensure we bring the right people into the business. You’ll also look for ways to strengthen the clients people practices and create a better experience for our teams. From managing end-to-end recruitment and improving onboarding to supporting training initiatives, engagement and people metrics, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the employee journey.
