PPM / Multiskilled Engineer – Midlands / Stoke / Birmingham £33,000–£35,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Company Van + Fuel Card | Monday–Friday Currently working a FM company who are looking for a PPM / Multiskilled Engineer to join their growing mobile team, working across mainly commercial and blue-chip office sites. The Role As a PPM / Multiskilled Engineer, you will carry out: * PPM maintenance * Water temperature checks & tap flushing * Emergency lighting & fire alarm checks * Water heaters, pumps & control panels * AHU/FCU filter cleans * Legionella checks * Basic electrical & plumbing repairs * General reactive maintenance About You The ideal PPM / Multiskilled Engineer will have a core trade, ideally electrical or plumbing, with previous commercial PPM or FM experience. A full UK driving licence is required, along with a reliable and professional approach.
