Finance Manager

I’m recruiting a Finance Manager for an established, privately owned business in Hertfordshire. This is a hands-on opportunity to manage a small finance team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function. The business is growing, but remains practical, fast-moving and relatively non-corporate. They need a Finance Manager who is comfortable getting into the detail, resolving issues and bringing greater structure to reporting and processes. You’ll work closely with the directors, senior leadership team and external finance support. You’ll need to be visible and approachable, with the confidence to provide reliable financial information and get involved wherever needed.
