Account Manager Location: Wimbledon Salary: £30,000-£34,000 + Bonus Job Type: Full-time Ready to take your sales administration career to the next level? We’re working with an internationally established and growing sports business that is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales Administrator to join its UK team. This is much more than a traditional sales administration role. You’ll sit at the heart of the customer journey, working closely with customers, key accounts, sales, logistics and operations to make sure orders move seamlessly from enquiry through to delivery. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in proactive sales, account development and commercial analysis, making this a fantastic role for someone who wants variety, responsibility and the chance to have a real impact. What will you be doing? You’ll be the person helping to keep customers happy, orders moving and opportunities coming through the door. Managing customer orders from initial order through to successful delivery. Acting as a key contact for customers, keeping them updated and resolving queries quickly. Checking stock availability and recommending alternatives when products are unavailable. Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits and outstanding balances.
