Talent Capability Manager (SEO) – 5 months – hybrid - £450pday) To be based in either London, Bristol or Manchester - the team can offer flexibility for predominantly remote working. This is provided that you would be happy to attend team days/events across the sites, approximately every other month and be flexible if they are needed more frequently The role combines programme delivery, supplier management and agile delivery management practices to ensure high-quality, user-focused outcomes. This role sits within the Talent team. You will: * Lead delivery of the Chief Digital and Data Leadership Programme, working closely with external providers to delivery of the pilot programme successfully and plan, launch and mobilise the second cohort. * Manage supplier relationships and performance, including delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and escalation. * Lead the development of the Level 6 apprenticeship standard, including establishing and coordinating a trailblazer group of employers. * Lead regular planning and review sessions to prioritise work, unblock challenges and * continuously improve the team’s effectiveness * Maintain team-wide reporting to provide clear visibility of work in progress, delivery risks and key decisions. * Work with senior stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and engagement. * Monitor delivery performance and use data to drive...
