HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic Location: Andover Hours: Monday-Friday, Perm Earlies (8am - 4:30pm) Pay: £20-£23 per hour Benefits: Paid breaks Regular Overtime 30 days holiday including bank holidays (rising with service) Company pension scheme Training and career development pathways On site parking Employee discounts We're recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join a professional workshop team, maintaining and repairing a fleet of commercial vehicles. You'll be responsible for keeping vehicles safe, reliable and roadworthy, with access to ongoing training and development. The HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Role: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment Complete MOT preparation and inspection work Ensure all work meets manufacturer and health and safety standards Complete accurate job cards and service documentation Work effectively as part of a workshop team Respond to call outs when on rota About You NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent experience Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Commercial Vehicle Technician Strong diagnostic and fault finding ability Good attention to detail and quality focus Full UK driving licence HGV licence is desirable ...
