JOB DESCRIPTION REPORTS TO: General Manager & Managing Director OVERSEEING: Team of 4 Manufacturing Service Engineers JOB ROLE: Engineering Manager. JOB TYPE: Full time, permanent. WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (08:00 AM until 16:30 PM) SALARY/PAY: £55,000 - £60,000 per year (Dependent on experience) ROLE SCOPE The Engineering Manager will be the lead technical specialist for machine, consumables and process projects. You will help define and win complex opportunities, turn customer requirements into robust engineering solutions, and develop products and manufacturing methods. You will work closely with their UK and India teams from initial feasibility through design, trials, build and customer handover.
