HR Advisor - 6 months FTC

Job title: HR Advisor Location: Kendal (6 months FTC) We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a collaborative People team supporting managers and employees across the business. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR advice, manage employee relations activity, and contribute to reporting, compliance, systems, and wider people projects. The position requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, solid HR advisory experience, and the ability to balance operational support with project work. This opportunity is suited to someone who can work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a busy HR environment.
