Central London | £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience, maybe some hybrid working

We are working with an exciting hospitality business in London to find an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support two C-suite industry leaders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA or PA who enjoys being at the heart of a business, helping senior leaders stay organised, focused and one step ahead. You will play a key role in managing their diaries, coordinating meetings, organising day-to-day commitments and ensuring everything runs smoothly, both professionally and personally. Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, you will need to be highly organised, discreet, proactive and confident managing competing priorities. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, uses their initiative and understands what it takes to support senior leaders effectively.

What's on offer?

  • Training, development and career progression opportunities
  • A great pension scheme, alongside wellbeing and financial support
  • An inclusive and empowering culture
  • The opportunity to work closely with two established C-suite leaders within the hospitality industry

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar senior support role
  • Experience supporting senior executives, ideally at C-suite level
  • Exceptional diary management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex schedules, meetings and appointments
  • A proactive approach to managing day-to-day commitments, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise
  • The confidence to manage competing demands, changing priorities and last-minute requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to take ownership and keep everything running smoothly
  • A genuine understanding of how to make senior leaders' working lives easier, allowing them to focus on running and growing the business

If you're an experienced EA or PA looking for a role where you can make a real difference, work closely with senior hospitality leaders and become a trusted right-hand person, we'd love to hear from you.
