Electrician – Domestic Maintenance Location: East Sussex and surrounding areas Salary: Up to £43,000 We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, testing and installation works across residential properties, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained. Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance in domestic properties. * Complete site risk assessments and follow all Health and Safety procedures. * Undertake routine servicing and electrical testing. * Identify and report faults, defects and non-compliant installations. * Replace sockets, fittings and other electrical components. * Interpret job tickets and complete work accurately and efficiently. * Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards. Essential Requirements * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. * AM2 qualification. * 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification. * Full, clean UK driving licence. * Satisfactory DBS check, completed during onboarding.
