Description: A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join its global function. The successful candidate will act as a resident knowledge expert for UK corporate and M&A matters, supporting the practice with high-quality legal content, precedents, and training. The role also involves collaborating on innovation initiatives, including legal technology solutions such as GenAI tools and document automation.
Eligibility: Applicants must be England & Wales qualified solicitors with 6+ years' PQE gained at a leading City or international law firm. Strong experience advising on UK corporate and private M&A transactions is essential. Previous experience in a Knowledge Lawyer or PSL role is preferred but not mandatory.
