Team Leader (Supported Housing)

Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker, or Team Leader looking for your next career move? We are recruiting for a Team Leader to oversee a supported housing service in North Somerset, covering Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare. You will typically manage a team of 2-3 (up to 6 as the service expands). About the Service The service provides temporary supported accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing mental health challenges and need support to move towards independent living. Residents can typically stay for up to 24 months, receiving tailored support to develop their confidence, maintain their tenancies and reconnect with their communities. The service supports 18 residents across two locations: Weston-super-Mare: A shared house with 10 private bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, plus communal areas. Clevedon: Eight self-contained flats. The service is experiencing steady, sustainable growth, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to its continued development.
