Depot Supervisor Excel Recruitment are hiring for an experienced and hands-on Depot Supervisor to take charge of operations for our client based in Antrim. We are seeking an experienced leader who can hit the ground running from day one, with proven experience managing busy warehouse and depot operations in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a confident, focused, and driven individual with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar supervisory role and the ability to lead teams, manage logistics, and maintain high operational standards. Shift Pattern Rotational Monday-Friday shifts: Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2: 11:30am - 7:30pm Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day depot and warehouse operations Manage goods-in/goods-out, stock control, parcel sorting, and dispatch procedures Supervise warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations Assist with route planning and logistics coordination Ensure all scanning and sorting procedures are completed accurately and on time Maintain health and safety standards across the depot Implement and follow operational processes and company procedures consistently Process office emails and virtual address parcels Carry out driving and forklift duties when required (training can be provided) Requirements Minimum 1 years' experience in a warehouse or depot supervisory role Full, clean driving licence essential Strong leadership and organisational skills Focused, reliable, and determined attitude Experience managing teams within a warehouse/logistics environment Good knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch Good level of computer literacy Willingness to engage regular drug and alcohol testing Basic Access NI required (assistance can be provided) Benefits Ongoing training and development Opportunity to gain additional skills and qualifications £16.41 per hour 35-hour working week If you are an experienced Depot Supervisor ready for a new challenge in Antrim, apply now or contact David Dunlop at Excel Recruitment.
