Sub Agent (Highways Civil Infrastructure) Permanent Position Location - Teesside / North East (Guisborough, Saltburn, Redcar) Salary - £55,000 + £7k car allowance Are you a Sub Agent with a background in civils looking to supervise and lead multi-million-pound public realm and infrastructure projects across Teesside? We at Randstad are seeking a Sub Agent to manage site engineering and delivery across regional cycle lane, highway improvement, and public realm projects (£2.5m - £6m). Working for a leading Tier-1 Main Contractor sitting at the top of the NEPO agreements, you'll take charge of daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, setting-out guidance, weekly programmes, and quality documentation across local project sites in Guisborough, Saltburn, and Redcar.
