Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics and distribution operation based at Mercia Park, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

The role will primarily involve scanning goods and supporting warehouse operations to ensure stock is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Scanning goods using handheld scanning equipment.

\n
• \n

  Accurately recording and processing stock movements.

\n
• \n

  Checking goods and ensuring items are correctly identified.

\n
• \n

  Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.

\n
• \n

  Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse.

\n
• \n

  Reporting discrepancies, damaged goods or scanning errors.

\n
• \n

  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

\n
• \n

  Assisting with additional warehouse duties when required.

\n

Requirements\n

• \n

  Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

\n
• \n

  Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems beneficial.

\n
• \n

  Good attention to detail and accuracy.

\n
• \n

  Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

\n
• \n

  Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

\n
• \n

  Reliable attendance and availability for late shifts.

\n
