Team Manager - Homelessness

Central Recruitment is working with a London-based charity dedicated to preventing homelessness and supporting individuals in rebuilding their lives. Our client is recruiting for two Night Team Managers to work at Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP) services, supporting people experiencing rough sleeping during periods of cold weather. Role 1: Victoria and Kilburn * 37.5 hours per week * Three waking night shifts across Saturday-Wednesday (10-hour shifts), plus one day shift on Friday (09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00) * Temporary: approximately 2-3 months * £21.24 per hour (£18.95 basic rate plus £2.29 holiday pay) Please note: You will be required to work across two services in the Victoria and Kilburn areas. On Fridays, you have the option to work from home, and equipment will be provided.
