Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support operations at a busy, established logistics and distribution centre based at Mercia Park, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.

  Coordinating workloads and allocating tasks to warehouse operatives.

• \n

  Monitoring productivity, performance and operational targets.

\n
• \n

  Ensuring goods are handled, stored and dispatched accurately.

\n
• \n

  Supporting stock control and warehouse organisation.

\n
• \n

  Maintaining high standards of health and safety.

\n
• \n

  Identifying and resolving operational issues.

\n
• \n

  Communicating effectively with warehouse management and team members.

\n

Requirements\n

\n
• \n

  Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader position.

\n
• \n

  Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

\n
• \n

  Good understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.

\n
• \n

  Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.

\n
• \n

  Reliable, punctual and confident managing a team.

\n
