About the Role
As a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day to the fullest. Providing both practical support and meaningful companionship, you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you care for.
In this role, you'll:
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Help residents with food and drink throughout the day
- Build positive relationships and provide companionship
- Follow individual care plans and support resident wellbeing
- Spend valuable one-to-one time with residents
- Encourage independence while promoting dignity and respect
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver high-quality support
About You
We're looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and committed to delivering excellent care.

- Experience caring for older people

- Excellent communication and people skills
