We are partnering with a highly respected, specialist Tier 2 Main Contractor renowned for delivering high spec commercial office fit-outs and structural refurbishments across London and the South East. They have recently secured a flagship commercial refurbishment scheme in Midtown / Central London and are seeking a sharp, commercially minded QS to join as the direct second-in-command to the Lead Senior QS. This is the ideal environment if you want true, hands on commercial envolvement without getting bogged down by the heavy corporate bureaucracy of a massive Tier 1.
