Job Title: Branch Manager Location: West Sussex Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance & Bonus Overview: Simon Acres Group are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of a very successful and well established Plumbing and Heating merchant in West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and warehouse activities. * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and warehouse staff. * Conduct regular performance reviews. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. * Analyse sales data and market trends to optimise sales efforts. * Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Manage inventory levels and ensure the branch is well-stocked. * Implement and maintain health and safety standards. * Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control. * Monitor market conditions and competitor activities. * Report regularly to senior management on branch performance and growth opportunities.
