You will play a pivotal role in rota management, scheduling and matching HCAs and nurses to our care packages, communicating with the families of the people we support and advocating for their needs during multi-agency meetings. You will build strong relationships with your clients and become an extension of their families and support network. You’ll work closely with the people we support, their families and wider support networks, within Peterborough and the surrounding areas, so a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle are essential.
