Be part of where our story began.
Did you know our Central London centre is home to the first clinic and original building opened by MSI UK? This is your opportunity to join a centre with a special place in our history, helping us continue our mission to make reproductive choice a reality.

At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, we're passionate about delivering compassionate, client-centred reproductive healthcare. We're looking for an experienced clinical leader to join our established team and help shape the future of our services.

What makes this role special?

  • Clinical autonomy: Take ownership of your own clinical lists while supporting the smooth running of the centre.
  • Career progression: Access training and development opportunities to grow your clinical and leadership skills.
  • Experienced colleagues: Work alongside a knowledgeable, established team.
  • Time to connect and learn: Benefit from Clinical Team Leader away days and dedicated centre closure days.
  • Central London location: Enjoy excellent transport links and easy access to the centre.

You'll lead and develop the clinical team, oversee day-to-day clinical operations, champion safeguarding and quality standards, and help ensure every client receives safe, compassionate care.

What you'll bring: Current and valid Adult NMC UK registration, leadership or management experience, and a passion for high-quality, pro-choice healthcare.

Why Join MSI UK?

  • A Culture of Care: We're committed to supporting both our clients and our colleagues. You'll join a welcoming team where collaboration, compassion and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Learning and Development: We invest in our people through structured training, accredited apprenticeships, development opportunities and clear career pathways to help you achieve your professional goals.
  • Work-Life Balance: With a consistent daytime working pattern and no regular Sunday or bank holiday working, you'll have greater flexibility to balance your career with the things that matter most outside of work.
