Site Manager

We are looking for a proven Site Agent to join a Water Treatment Works project in West Wales, near Eglwyswrw, Pembrokeshire for our client. This is a genuine Site Agent role for someone with a strong water and civils background who can take ownership of the job, drive progress on site and manage the day-to-day delivery of works. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on all-rounder with the technical knowledge and commercial awareness to keep a project running smoothly — not a Site Supervisor looking for their next step. The role: * Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of site works. * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. * Monitor progress, resolve site issues and keep the project moving. * Liaise with the Project Manager, client and wider delivery team. * Manage site records, RAMS, permits, inspections and reporting. * Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
