Head of Transformation - Hybrid - c£140,000

Washington Frank are working with an organisation that is investing in technology and now needs a Head of ERP & IT Transformation to deliver a multi-country programme. The focus is on creating a consistent way of working across the business.

\n

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation alongside a wider portfolio of projects covering warehouse automation, operating model design and programme governance.

\n

Your Role & Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Deliver the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across the business
\n
• Manage the warehouse and automation technology strategy, including WMS and WCS integrations
\n
• Design and implement a new operating model and standardise Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
\n
• Set up a PMO covering governance and budget control and manage external implementation partners
\n
• Build and manage a delivery team of Delivery Managers, Business Analysts and QA resource
\n

Key Experience & Skills:

\n

\n
• 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology transformation programmes
\n
• End to end delivery of a Tier 1 ERP implementation
\n
• Experience of multi-country programmes with budgets in excess of £5m
\n
• Experience of programme governance, PMO, testing, cutover and benefits realisation
\n
• Experience of working with Executive and Board-level stakeholders
\n
