Supervising Social Worker

Salary range: £37,000 - £39,000 for 4 days

Location: Home-based with travel throughout North Wales
\n

NonStop Care is working in partnership with a reputable independent fostering agency that is looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
\n
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency that genuinely values its staff and recognises the importance of a healthy work-life balance. To support this, the agency has introduced a four-day working week with no reduction in pay. This means you'll be paid for five days while only working four!

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and supervisions to foster carers across North Wales \n
- Be involved in developing the region which includes recruitment and assessments of potential carers \n
- Ensure therapeutic practices \n
\n
Requirements:

- Registration with Social Care Wales \n
- Driving License \n
- Post qualified experience working with children and families \n
\n
\n
