We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have previous retail management or team leadership experience, ideally within luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion or a premium environment
- Are passionate about leading, coaching and developing teams
- Can create an exceptional and memorable customer experience
- Are commercially minded and confident working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Lead by example and know how to inspire and motivate a team
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Have a genuine passion for luxury brands and outstanding service
