The Role * Deliver engaging lessons across primary year groups. * Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment. * Follow lesson plans and resources provided by the school. * Adapt your teaching approach to meet pupils' learning needs. * Encourage participation and support pupils throughout the school day. * Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
