Working two days per week, you will help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. The Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will: Deliver learning activities and interventions across the primary age range Provide classroom cover when required Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development Work closely with teachers to raise pupil achievement Support individuals and small groups of pupils Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment This role would be particularly well suited to an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain additional classroom experience, develop their confidence, and broaden their understanding of teaching and learning within a supportive primary school environment.
